Deposit and Cancellation policy

 A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book your order and secure your requested date and time. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to pick up or delivery.

If your order has been paid in full and you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the confirmed service date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a 50% refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are nonrefundable.
